Celebrating 10 years, Innovations Dance Platform is proud to present its 2024 programme of dance from across the UK and Europe here in Edinburgh this November. This year's platform encompasses an exciting array of new work exploring human relationships, reflection and connections between language and identity in the LGBTQ+ community.

Our mission is simple yet profound: to unlock doors for dance artists and companies of all backgrounds, providing a vibrant stage for their artistic expression to reach new horizons. Past participants of Innovations have acknowledged the platform as a pivotal moment in their artistic journey, using it as a springboard to secure further opportunities, funding, and recognition. We take pride in fostering a supportive community where collaboration thrives and artistic ambitions can be realised.

Since its inception in 2014, Innovations has blossomed into a dynamic and inclusive platform, driven by the core values of creativity, diversity, and artistic excellence. We stand as a beacon of opportunity, offering a nurturing environment where emerging talents and established artists alike can showcase their innovative works to diverse audiences.
